ABOUT THE PROJECT: Selected Best Music Video Of 2010, the treatment for the Sarah Slean song "The Rose" was selected from applications Canada-wide and awarded a grant from BravoFact of up to $20,000 to execute the video. The result is a mash up of dance, theatrics, puppetry using practical camera and lighting effects telling a semi-based on a true event through the characters in 1940's era small town community play. The video also features a cameo from Kayleigh Goldsworthy of The Scarlet Ending & Elective as a violinist. The Rose is taken from The Baroness Redecorates, featuring B-Sides from her 2007 release The Baroness. Visit her official website here.
